Trans gender women from various fields participated in the beauty pageant
Delhi: The third edition of Miss Trans Queen India 2019 was announced at Delhi Haat, Janakpuri. Neetu RS from Karnataka was declared the winner; Shali Rai from Chhattisgarh was the first runner-up and Bonita from Jodhpur was the second runner-up. Miss Trans Queen India 2018 Veena Sendre crowned the new Miss Trans Queen India. Out of the 11 contestants, Neetu won the hearts of the judges. The winner was given a beauty treatment voucher worth Rs 60,000 from Derma Circles by Prateek Sondhi and a free surgery voucher from Cosmetics Surgery Clinic by Dr Navtar Patel from Surat, Gujarat. Social Welfare and SC / ST Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam and AAP national spokesperson and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh participated in the program. The contestants wore glamorous and gorgeous costumes and were judged on the basis of skin, smartness, style, hotness, beauty and beauty. These transgender women came from Mumbai, Chhattisgarh, New Delhi, Bangalore, Udaipur, Kolkata, Chennai and other cities to participate in the competition. These transwomen participants were taught the makeup tricks such as applying fixtures, applying blushes, mascaras, making different hairstyles and walking ramps with high heels, as well as taking care of their skin and fitness. Some of these participants have also got the opportunity to work in Beauty and Makeup Academy and Beauty Parlors. These participants regularly use YouTube and watch the tutorial videos available here. The participants gave information about their preparation and the training sessions given by the experts. Mentors and judges included - Anjali Gopalan - Founder and Executive Director, Naz Foundation; Celebrity chef Manoj Rai - Zee TV, Abu Dhabi and co-founder, MTQI; Rita Gangwani, coach for Pratiyagita; Shayne Soni, Fashion Choreographer and celebrity stylist; Amrita Soni - First Transgender Government Officer; Expert and Dr. Pratik Sondhi, Celebrity Cosmetology and Aesthetic Expert, Mrs. Simmy Harding - Director Institutional Relations.
