TIPS ORGANISED INAUGURAL CEREMONY OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT
New Delhi: Trinity Institute of Professional Studies, (TIPS), Dwarka functioning under the aegis of KEWS, affiliated to GGSIPU, Delhi inaugurated Trinity School of Law & Legal Studies amidst the gracious presence of esteemed academicians and experts from the field of law. The event began with the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. To seek divine blessings for inaugurating the Trinity School of Law & Legal Studies block, students performed Ganesh Stuti, which filled the air with spirituality. The Chief Guest of the event was Justice Swatanter Kumar (Retd.) Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Former Chairman, National Green Tribunal. The distinguished guest of the occasion was Dr. Vijay Kumar Dahiya, Special Judge, CBI, (PC Act), Dwarka. The guests were felicitated with mementoes, planters and shawls. This was followed by the inauguration of School of Law and Legal Studies Block by unveiling the inaugural board by esteemed guests in the presence of Dr. R.K. Tandon, Chairman, TIPS; Ms. Reema Tandon, Vice Chairperson, TIPS; Prof.H.P Garg, Director General, TIPS; Dr.Vikas Rao Vadi, Director, TIPS and Dr.Parsanjit, Director, Trinity School of Law & Legal Studies. Thereafter, Dr. R.K. Tandon, Chairman, TIPS addressed the august gathering and welcomed them to the event. It was followed by a cultural performance by the students of TIPS which mesmerised everyone. Chief Guest, Justice Swatanter Kumar (Retd.) Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Former Chairman, National Green Tribunal enlightened one and all with his words of wisdom. He shared his experiences as a student of law, lawyer, judge and Chairperson of NGT. He also motivated students of legal studies. Apart from this, he shared the 3H formula of life i.e. Be Humble, Be Humane and Be Healthy. The event was concluded by the Vote of Thanks by Prof.H.P Garg, Director General, TIPS, Dwarka. He thanked and appreciated the committees for the successful execution of the ceremony. The guests then proceeded for high tea.
