Stanford innovation: GSB links faculty, students and alumni to companies in developing countries
Seed Transformation Programme (or Seed) by Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business (GSB) has lofty aims – to handhold small and medium enterprises in emerging economies to develop their businesses . The Ivy League institute has faculty, students and alumni associated with the programme – and India is big on its radar. In the last week of August, intensive training sessions as part of the Seed programme were held for CEOs and leaders of 45 Indian companies Chennai’s Infosys campus. On the agenda, lessons in management and business, finance strategies, accounting, operations and leadership development.
